Martin Méndez has a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Barcelona. During his professional career he has always been at the forefront of innovation in technology, working as Marketing and Sales Director and as head of the R&D department in several technological companies. Currently, he is the Chief Executive Officer of Bitcarrier and head of the R&D department.
 

Cristina Galán has a degree in Law and a Master in International Studies from the University of Barcelona, and an Executive MBA from IESE Business School (University of Navarra). During her professional career she has worked as a lawyer in different prestigious law firms. Currently, she is the Chief Financial Officer and Legal Counsel of Bitcarrier.

The root of every project is clearly some kind of mobility/traffic issue or challenge. The first step for Bitcarrier team is to listen to the customer’s worries and needs. The second step is to gather all objective information to run an in depth analysis of the situation. The third step is to decide the most convenient solution for the problem and what adjustments must be made to execute the project for the customer. In the implementation process, close communication with the customer is essential for us to guarantee success and customer satisfaction. Finally, the conclusions from each project are valuable inputs for our know-how that help us to improve every day.
